King of kefir is the non-alcoholic fermented beverage has been made in small batches in the heart of Dublin since 2014 becoming Ireland's first dedicated water kefir brewery. King of kefir is conditioned for 14 days and contains less than 10 calories per bottle.
With no added sugar, it is suitable for diabetics as well as being coeliac friendly. It also contains no preservatives, stabilisers or emulsifiers and is available on tap.
Winelab was founded in 2013 and is one of Ireland's most disruptive independent drinks companies. Having introduced and established wine on tap in Ireland, Winelab are now about to roll out a closed-loop recycling system for their kegs, creating a truly sustainable alternative for drinks packaging.
